Alaska’s prime agricultural center, famous for its giant vegetables and
encompassing glacial mountain vistas. Stroll through quaint historic down-town Palmer, established by President Roosevelt in 1935. Prince William Sound/Chugach Mountain Range Flight
  1.5 hrs • $262 (3 person min. & 10% fuel surcharge)

Fly through the Chugach Mountain Range above Whiteout Glacier, Lake
George Glacier, over the top of the range into Prince William Sound. The flight will take you above Harriman Fjord, College Fjord, Knik Glacier, Colony Glacier calving into Lake George, and The Gorge. Sheep, moose, goats, bear are often seen in the flats and along the hillside. This trip has it all!






Mt McKinley/Denali: $269.00 per person  
Fly over the Talkeetna Mountains while looking for bear, moose, sheep and goats. Then on to Denali to see the tallest mountain in North America (20,320').
The two hour Denali flight takes you above the Ruth, Eldridge and Kahiltna

GLACIER ADVENTURES

Experience the thrill of flying on the water in our fully enclosed Air boat or Jet Boat to the enormous Knik Glacier; 25 miles long, 5 miles wide, and hundreds of feet thick. Hike or Kayak around the iceberg filled lake.

Welcome to Palmer  with an overview of the region’s fascinating history and facts. Tour Palmer’s down town Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Alaska.  Step back to the 1935 Colonist days and hear stories of when these hopeful pioneers ventured to this region searching for a new life during the great depression.






2. Palmer & Historic Farm District  $15  -  1 hr
(Includes downtown Palmer)

Expand the Downtown Palmer tour to include local historic Colonist and Homestead farming districts. Visit the Alaska State Fair Grounds with beautiful gardens with historic Colonist buildings. Learn how this rustic land was developed into Alaska’s prime agricultural center of today. Impressive farms growing our famous giant vegetables are nestled beneath majestic mountains jetting up circling the district.

The last operating Colonist Dairy Farm! Hear about Alaska’s pioneer dairy
farming from Colonist Children as compared to present day. Tour vegetable
gardens and discover the secrets of growing the famous giant vegetables.
  

B. Reindeer Farm Tour-  $15 -  1 hr

Located outside of scenic Palmer, Alaska, the Reindeer Farm offers a variety of enjoyable Alaskan activities, including reindeer tours, a gift shop, horseback rides, and nearby hiking trails. Feed and pet these majestic northern animals, and you will even see moose, elk, bison, and blacktail deer.
Pet Reindeer and tour this historic Colonist farm at the foot of Pioneer Peak.





C. Musk Ox Farm - $15 - 1 hr

The Musk Ox Farm is a private non-profit organization dedicated to the development and domestication of the musk ox for the purpose of providing subsistence income opportunities for Alaska’s first people. View herds of Musk Ox being raised on this historic Colonist farm.

Visit an original 1914 homestead surrounded by dramatic mountain vistas. This“operating” hay farm has vegetable gardens,

Historic Gold Mine District Tour  $20  - 1.5 hrs
The mountainous area is infectious with its grand vistas, and historical artifacts that remain scattered throughout the mountain ranges. Today cabins left from the Gold Rush still rest on the summit of the highest peaks to the lowest areas of the valley.
